Answers to the questions shippers ask most.

How do I track a shipment?

Use Track a shipment at the top of the homepage and enter your Hulakico AWB or tracking code. The Hulakico AWB is your main reference; a partner AWB appears once the carrier has picked up the parcel.

How is the price calculated?

Rates use billable weight: the higher of actual weight and volumetric weight. Volumetric weight is length × width × height in cm divided by 5000 for international and 6000 for domestic shipments.

What does Hold mean?

A hold means the shipment is paused, usually for missing information or documents. The track page explains the reason and, when we need something from you, lets you reply so the shipment can move again.

What documents do international goods need?

Goods need a commercial invoice. Each line requires a description, HS code, country of manufacture, quantity, unit, unit value, and weight per item — the invoice cannot be saved until every line is complete. Documents-only shipments have no goods lines to fill in.

How does cash on delivery work?

On eligible domestic lanes the carrier collects the amount from the consignee at delivery, and Hulakico records and settles it through the COD ledger.

How long do shipments stay in my account?

Active shipments stay visible until they finish. Delivered, cancelled, and returned shipments are kept for 90 days and then removed.
